Retrieving account information

If you’re stuck at loading screen with the message: “Retrieving account information” then probably your installation files got corrupted due to various reasons such as old mirror link, game download error, but mostly because of the Antivirus software quarantined or deleted parts of the data folder.

Here’s how to fix it:

  1. Uninstall Lost Relics from your system.
  2. Delete the AppData folder associated with the game (this step is optional but it was necessary for some players).
  3. Reinstall the game from the official website (
  4. Whitelist Lost Relics in your Antivirus settings.

Most of the time this does the trick, but if it doesn’t, make sure to also run the game in Administrator mode and that should do it.
